1. Data controller
The data controller is Immobilads, Via G. Bodoni 7/G, 10123 Turin (TO), Italy.
For any request concerning the processing of personal data, please write to info@immobilads.com.
2. Categories of data processed
Depending on how you interact with the Site, the following categories of data may be processed:
- Data you provide voluntarily — first and last name, email address, telephone number and any information entered in the free-text field (a description of the project or property), submitted through the contact form or by writing to the addresses shown on the Site.
- Browsing data — in normal operation, the systems and software procedures that run the Site acquire certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols (for example IP addresses, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access).
- Cookies and online identifiers — data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy.
Providing the data marked as required in the contact form is necessary in order for us to respond to your request; without it we cannot deal with the enquiry. Providing any other data is optional.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries — handling and replying to contact requests, arranging introductory meetings and providing information about our services. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and/or consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).
- Managing the relationship and follow-up communications — following up on contacts already started and sending communications connected with the enquiry. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest and/or consent (Art. 6(1)(f) and (a) GDPR).
- Measurement, statistics and marketing through cookies and third-party tools — analysing how the Site is used and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Legal basis: the data subject's consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Legal obligations — complying with obligations set out in laws, regulations or requests from the authorities. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Third-party tools and recipients of the data
To deliver its services the controller relies on third-party providers who process data on the controller's behalf as processors, or as independent controllers, each under their own privacy notice. In particular:
- ActiveCampaign (ActiveCampaign, LLC) — the platform used to receive and manage the data submitted through the contact form and to send any related communications. Notice: activecampaign.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — a statistics and remarketing tool used to measure conversions and optimise advertising campaigns on the Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), including server-side through the Conversions API. Active only with consent. Notice: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — a traffic analytics service the controller may enable to understand how the Site is used. Active only with consent. Notice: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.) — a tag management service the controller may enable to deliver the other measurement and marketing tools in an orderly way. It does not profile users in itself, but it can activate the tools listed above. Notice: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) — the service delivering the typefaces used by the Site.
- CloudPano — the service used to embed the virtual tours found on some pages.
- Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — used solely as an internal channel to notify the controller that a new contact request has come in.
- Hosting provider — the Site is hosted on a provider's infrastructure, which processes the data needed to deliver and secure the service.
Data is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties for purposes of their own beyond those set out here. It may be disclosed to the competent authorities in the cases provided for by law.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the providers listed above (in particular those belonging to US groups such as Meta and Google) may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer takes place on the basis of the appropriate safeguards set out in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or any applicable adequacy decision.
6. Retention period
Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as is needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up communications and, where a working relationship begins, for its duration and for the periods required by law. Data collected through cookies and third-party tools is kept for the periods set out in the Cookie Policy and in the providers' own notices. At the end of the retention periods, data is erased or anonymised.
7. Your rights
In relation to the data processed, you may at any time exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, including:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
- erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten");
- restriction of processing;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, simply write to info@immobilads.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali — garanteprivacy.it).
8. Changes to this notice
The controller may amend or update this notice, including as a result of changes in applicable law or in the services offered. The current version will always be available on this page, showing the date it was last updated.
